We offer a fantastic range of homemade preserves all made with something local, if not all local. Every preserve has been made using British Sugar, and/or English Vinegars. The fruits and vegetables have been handpicked personally, be it from the garden, hedgerows and woodlands. Even the jars are British, being made by a Bristolian glass manufacturer.

With many common varieties already on sale commercially, Mark set out to rethink his Jams and Pickles. Using classic combinations of flavours Mark has created some tantalizing marriages of flavours ready to consume straight away. Look out for stalls around the Berkshire area selling discounted preserves, with plenty of tasting pots at hand.
